Delisting Offers of Inactive Sellers
Introduction
The automatic removal of offers from inactive sellers helps maintain the quality and relevance of listings on GG Mobile Gamers. This process helps ensure that buyers see active and updated offers while encouraging sellers to remain active on the platform.
How It Works
1. Definition of Inactivity
A seller may be considered inactive if they have not logged in to their GG Mobile Gamers account for a certain period of time.
2. Service-Based Offer Removal
Offer removal may depend on the type of service being sold. Different service categories can have different inactivity time limits before offers are automatically removed.
Examples:
3 days: Game Coins
7 days: Accounts, Coaching, Boosting, Items, Skins
30 days: Top Up, Gift Cards, Video Games, Software and Apps, Mobile Recharge
3. Advance Notification
Sellers may receive an email reminder 3 days before their listings are scheduled to be removed due to inactivity.
For example, if a service category has a 30-day inactivity limit and the seller has been inactive for 27 days, an email reminder may be sent asking the seller to log in and keep their offers active.
4. Exemption for OpenAPI Offers
Offers managed through OpenAPI integration may be excluded from automatic removal due to inactivity.
If a seller has both OpenAPI and non-OpenAPI offers under the same service category, only the non-OpenAPI offers may be checked for inactivity.
5. Effect of Future Rule Changes
If GG Mobile Gamers updates the inactivity duration settings in the future:
The updated rules may apply immediately to users who are logged in at the time the changes are made.
Users who are logged out when the changes are made may continue under the previous settings until they log in again.
Once they log in, the updated inactivity settings may then apply to their account going forward.
