- General Refund Rules
Refunds may be considered when:
- the order was not delivered within the stated delivery time,
- the order was only partially delivered,
- the product received does not match the listing description,
- a duplicate payment was made for the same order and the order has not been delivered,
- or the item delivered is invalid, unusable, incorrect, or materially different from what was purchased, depending on the product type.
Refunds will generally not be granted when:
- the order was delivered as agreed,
- the purchase was completed outside GG Mobile Gamers,
- the buyer changed their mind after successful delivery,
- the buyer purchased the wrong item and delivery was completed,
- the buyer failed to report the issue within the applicable review or warranty period,
- a chargeback or payment dispute was opened directly with the payment provider,
- fraudulent or misleading claims are made,
- or the matter falls outside the valid refund reasons listed in this policy.
Payment processing fees may not be refundable once payment verification has been completed.
- Completed Orders
Once an order has been fully delivered and accepted, it will usually be treated as final. Buyers should carefully review and verify the product before confirming receipt. If no valid issue is raised within the allowed period, the order may be treated as accepted and closed.
- Disputes and Evidence
If there is a problem with an order, the buyer must provide clear and timely evidence so the case can be reviewed. If required evidence is not submitted within the requested time, the refund or dispute request may be denied. GG Mobile Gamers may review chat records, screenshots, transaction proof, delivery proof, account details, redemption results, and any other relevant evidence before making a decision.
- Orders Paid Outside the Platform
GG Mobile Gamers does not cover transactions that were arranged or completed outside the official website. Any purchase made outside the platform is outside this Refund Policy.
- Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks
Refunds will not be handled through the platform if a chargeback or outside payment dispute has already been opened. Fraudulent claims, false evidence, abuse of the refund system, or any misleading conduct may lead to denial of the claim, suspension of the account, or further action where appropriate.

Coins and Items
Refunds may be approved when:
- the seller failed to deliver,
- the seller only partially delivered,
- the seller failed to disclose important risks that negatively affected the buyer’s account,
- or the buyer’s account was harmed because the goods were obtained through cheating or fraud.

Boosting Services
Refunds may be approved when:
- the boosting service was not delivered or only partially completed,
- the seller caused serious damage to the account,
- the seller changed the login details without permission,
- or third-party software was used and this caused a restriction or ban.
Refunds may be denied when:
- the buyer purchased by mistake and the service was delivered,
- access was not available because of buyer-side interruptions,
- the claim is based on evidence not submitted through the platform,
- the order was not purchased on GG Mobile Gamers,
- or the account issue resulted from the buyer’s own actions.
Accounts
Refunds may be approved when:
- the account was not delivered or only partly delivered,
- the account was not full access,
- the login details were incorrect,
- or the account was materially different from the description and the buyer has not changed, used, upgraded, or resold the account.
Refunds may be denied when:
- the buyer purchased by mistake and delivery was completed,
- the buyer changed the account details,
- the buyer used the account or made purchases on it,
- the account was restricted because of the buyer’s own conduct,
- the buyer only posted evidence elsewhere,
- or the account was not purchased on GG Mobile Gamers.
Top-Up Services
Refunds may be approved when:
- the seller failed to deliver,
- the seller only partially delivered,
- the buyer entered incorrect recharge details and the order had not yet been delivered,
- or the buyer’s account was harmed because the delivered items were obtained through fraud or cheating.
Refunds may be denied when:
- the buyer purchased by mistake and the top-up was successfully completed,
- or the buyer entered the wrong account details and the top-up was delivered successfully.
Game Points, Gift Cards, Video Games, and Subscriptions
Refunds may be approved when:
- the order was not delivered or only partly delivered,
- the buyer received the wrong code or wrong link,
- the code or link was invalid,
- or the code or link had already been redeemed or was expired at the time of delivery.
Refunds may be denied when:
- the buyer purchased by mistake and the order was delivered,
- the buyer chose the wrong product and delivery was completed,
- the buyer shared the code or link with another person,
- the product was resold,
- or the buyer cannot provide the required evidence.
- Refund Requests by Order Status
Pending Verification
Refunds cannot usually be submitted directly while a payment or order is still under verification. Buyers should contact support for assistance.
Pending Delivery
If the order has not yet been delivered, the buyer may request cancellation or refund review through the platform, subject to approval. Review times may vary depending on the case.
Delivering or Delivered
If delivery is in progress or marked delivered, the buyer may need to open a dispute and submit evidence. The seller may accept the refund, or GG Mobile Gamers may review the case and make a decision.
- No Returns for Digital Goods
Because the products sold on GG Mobile Gamers are generally digital in nature, completed transactions are usually not returnable. Buyers must not return in-game items, codes, or account access to another party unless GG Mobile Gamers specifically instructs them to do so. Unauthorized returns, reversals, or item transfers may void refund eligibility.
- One-Time Payments Only
GG Mobile Gamers does not provide subscription-based billing unless clearly stated otherwise. Purchases are treated as one-time payments. Buyers are responsible for reviewing order details, quantity, account information, region, server, and any special instructions before finalizing payment. GG Mobile Gamers is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information entered by the buyer.
- Refund Method and Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it may be issued by one of the following methods:
Store Balance / Wallet
Refunds sent to a GG Mobile Gamers balance or wallet are usually processed faster.
Original Payment Method
Refunds sent back to the original payment method may take up to 14 business days or longer depending on the bank, card issuer, payment network, or payment provider. Processing time is not fully controlled by GG Mobile Gamers.
- Final Decision
GG Mobile Gamers reserves the right to review all evidence, transaction records, listing details, and seller or buyer communication before deciding whether a refund, partial refund, replacement, reversal, or denial is appropriate. Decisions will be made based on the available evidence, product type, delivery status, platform rules, and risk review.
