Welcome to GG Mobile Gamers. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, marketplace, services, and related features. By accessing or using GG Mobile Gamers, including browsing, registering, buying, selling, topping up, exchanging currency, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms. 1. About GG Mobile Gamers

GG Mobile Gamers is an online marketplace and service platform for gaming-related digital goods and services. The platform allows users to buy, sell, list, promote, and manage eligible digital products and services. Unless clearly stated otherwise, GG Mobile Gamers is not the direct seller of items listed by independent users. GG Mobile Gamers provides the technology, marketplace tools, payment-related features, exchange-related features, and support systems that help facilitate transactions between users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country, to use GG Mobile Gamers independently. If you are under that age, you may only use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for your use of the platform.

By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

3. Role of the Platform

GG Mobile Gamers operates as a marketplace and service provider. Unless we specifically state otherwise, transactions are made between the buyer and the seller. GG Mobile Gamers does not automatically take ownership of items listed by users and is not automatically a party to sales between users.

We may provide systems for listings, order handling, wallet functions, exchange services, communication tools, fraud checks, verification, and dispute support.

4. Changes to These Terms

GG Mobile Gamers may update or revise these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, security measures, payment systems, exchange systems, fees, or service improvements. Updated terms become effective once posted on the website unless another effective date is stated. Your continued use of the platform after any update means you accept the revised Terms.

5. User Accounts

To use certain parts of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You agree that:

• your account is personal to you,

• you will not impersonate another person,

• you will not create accounts using false information,

• you will not create accounts on behalf of others without permission,

• and you will notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

GG Mobile Gamers may request verification documents or additional information at registration, during a transaction, during a payout review, during a dispute, or whenever needed for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or risk review.

6. One Account Rule

Unless we approve otherwise in writing, each user may only maintain one account. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate duplicate, misleading, false, or fraudulent accounts.

7. Wallet, Store Balance, and Top-Ups

If GG Mobile Gamers provides a wallet, store balance, or top-up feature, those funds may only be used for eligible purchases on the platform unless otherwise stated. Store balance is not considered cash and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or withdrawn unless expressly allowed by GG Mobile Gamers or required by law.

Completed top-ups may be final and non-refundable except where required by law or where our platform policies state otherwise. We may place limits on wallet funding, usage, transfers, top-ups, or withdrawals for security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

8. Currency Exchange Services and Exchange Fees

GG Mobile Gamers may offer exchange-related services or allow currency conversion for purchases, balances, withdrawals, or other eligible transactions on the platform.

By using any exchange service on GG Mobile Gamers, you acknowledge and agree that currency exchange services may include fees, margins, or other charges. These fees are used by the company to acquire and maintain access to supported currencies and to operate exchange-related services.

The exchange rate made available on the platform may include a service margin, processing cost, market spread, or conversion fee. Rates may change at any time without prior notice due to market conditions, provider costs, currency availability, liquidity, or operational requirements. Completed exchanges or currency conversions may be final unless otherwise stated by GG Mobile Gamers or required by law.

GG Mobile Gamers reserves the right to limit, delay, reject, or cancel any exchange request where fraud, pricing error, unusual activity, insufficient liquidity, verification concerns, payment risk, or policy violations are suspected.

9. Fees and Charges

Creating an account and browsing the platform may be free. However, fees may apply for seller services, payment processing, exchange services, withdrawals, premium features, promotions, disputes, or other platform-related services.

Sellers are responsible for any commissions, charges, taxes, or similar costs linked to their activity on GG Mobile Gamers. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, payment provider charges, exchange-related charges, currency conversion costs, or other applicable transaction costs.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use GG Mobile Gamers to violate any law, infringe another person’s rights, upload false or misleading content, distribute spam, harmful code, or malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform’s operation, reverse engineer protected systems, or engage in fraud, money laundering, theft, payment abuse, or other unlawful conduct.

We may investigate any suspected misuse and may take action without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform, users, payment partners, or the business.

11. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for their listings, descriptions, prices, delivery, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. By selling on GG Mobile Gamers, a seller confirms that they have the right to offer the item or service, that the listing is accurate, and that the item or service does not violate any law, third-party right, publisher rule, or platform rule.

Sellers must not list stolen, unauthorized, prohibited, misleading, unlawful, or infringing goods or services.

12. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before placing orders. Buyers should ensure that they understand the product, service, delivery method, region limitations, technical requirements, and any risks associated with the transaction before completing a purchase.

Buyers must not abuse refunds, disputes, chargebacks, exchange services, or platform protections.

13. Digital Goods Risk

Digital goods and gaming-related services may involve account-based delivery, timing issues, publisher rules, regional limitations, platform restrictions, service interruption, or technical incompatibility. By using GG Mobile Gamers, you understand that these transactions carry inherent risk. GG Mobile Gamers does not guarantee uninterrupted access, future compatibility, or continued usability of any digital product or service after delivery, especially where a third-party platform, game developer, or publisher makes changes.

14. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

GG Mobile Gamers may review, delay, hold, reject, or cancel a transaction if we believe there is a fraud risk, compliance concern, verification issue, pricing issue, exchange issue, payment issue, policy breach, or unlawful activity.

15. Proof of Delivery and Verification

Where required, sellers may need to provide delivery proof, screenshots, transaction evidence, or other supporting documentation before funds are released. GG Mobile Gamers may also request verification documents or supporting evidence from buyers or sellers in connection with order review, payout approval, fraud prevention, exchange review, or dispute resolution.

16. Disputes Between Users

If a dispute arises between a buyer and a seller, both parties should first try to resolve the matter fairly. GG Mobile Gamers may assist through its internal review or dispute procedures, but unless the law requires otherwise, GG Mobile Gamers is not automatically liable for the underlying transaction between users.

We may hold funds, request additional evidence, freeze certain account actions, or take temporary measures while a dispute is being reviewed.

17. Refunds

Refunds, replacements, credits, or reversals may be provided where required by law, where platform policy allows it, or where GG Mobile Gamers determines it is appropriate under the circumstances.

Refund requests may be denied where an item was delivered as described, where fraud or abuse is suspected, where the user violated these Terms, or where the matter falls outside the applicable policy.

Where approved, refunds may be issued to the original payment method, store balance, or another method chosen by GG Mobile Gamers, unless the law requires otherwise.

18. Suspension and Termination

GG Mobile Gamers may suspend, limit, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, listing, wallet access, exchange feature, seller privilege, or platform access if we believe these Terms have been violated, false information was provided, suspicious or fraudulent conduct may be involved, legal or financial risk exists, or the conduct may harm GG Mobile Gamers, its users, service providers, or partners.

We may also remove content, cancel listings, hold funds, reverse platform privileges, or report unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

19. Confidentiality

Where confidential or non-public information is shared in connection with the platform, both parties must handle that information responsibly and must not disclose it except where necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, protect rights, or support legitimate platform operations.

20. Intellectual Property

All rights in the GG Mobile Gamers website, systems, branding, text, graphics, logos, software, features, and platform materials belong to GG Mobile Gamers or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or exploit any platform content without permission.

Users remain responsible for the content they upload and must not submit content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights belonging to others.

21. No Warranty

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GG Mobile Gamers provides the platform and services on an as available and as is basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from bugs, delays, outages, harmful code, or technical problems.

We do not guarantee the legality, quality, safety, reliability, delivery, accuracy, or suitability of listings posted by third-party users.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GG Mobile Gamers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, reputational damage, or interruption losses arising from transactions between users, third-party payment processors, exchange rate changes, publisher actions, technical failures, user misconduct, unauthorized account access, or misuse of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GG Mobile Gamers, its owners, staff, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform, your breach of these Terms, your listings, your transactions, your exchange activity, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

24. Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting Trade@ggmobilegamers.com. GG Mobile Gamers may retain certain records where required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, compliance, legal obligations, or operational reasons.

25. Governing Law

These Terms of Service will be governed by the applicable laws chosen by GG Mobile Gamers, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply to consumers in their own jurisdiction.

26. Severability

If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.

27. No Partnership

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, joint venture, employment relationship, or similar relationship between GG Mobile Gamers and any user, buyer, seller, or third party.

28. Non-Affiliation Notice

GG Mobile Gamers is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer, publisher, platform owner, payment provider, or trademark holder unless expressly stated. All game names, trademarks, logos, and related content belong to their respective owners.
