How Do I Request a Withdrawal?

Available Balance cannot be transferred to Store Credit, and it cannot be used to place orders or complete checkout on the platform.

To comply with regulatory requirements, withdrawals can only be sent to payment accounts where the beneficiary name matches the name on your GG Mobile Gamers profile.

Sellers can manage withdrawals using the following options:

Payment Options

Auto Remittance

Manual Payment Request

Sellers may also request withdrawals manually. This option offers more flexibility, but all requests may be subject to approval.

Can I set my withdrawal account in advance?

Yes, you can. Please note that you can only withdraw when the funds in that currency and payment method have reached the minimum withdrawal amount.

Step-by-step guide to manual payment request

Log in to your GG Mobile Gamers account and click your profile icon in the top menu. From the dropdown menu, select Seller Portal.

Once you are in the Seller Portal, click My Balance.

You can withdraw to an existing payment account or add a new one.

To add a new account, click Payout Settings. Please note that payouts are based on the currency you choose.

Fill in all required details and click Submit to save the new payment account.

When you are ready to withdraw, select Withdraw.

You will be asked which currency you want to withdraw. Select the currency in which you currently have an available balance.

Please note that when making a withdrawal, you must withdraw the full available amount from that balance.

Review all details carefully before confirming the withdrawal.

After submitting the request, you will receive a payment request number.

To view your payment ID, go to your Balance section.

There, you will be able to see your Payment ID and view the full payment details.
