How Buyers Can Trade Safely and Securely on GG Mobile Gamers

To help keep your experience safe and secure on GG Mobile Gamers, please follow the guidelines below. These best practices are designed to protect your account, your order, and your personal information.

Things You Should Not Do

Do not return in-game items under any circumstances.

Even if the same character asks for the items back or gives a believable excuse, never return them. Requests like this are commonly associated with scams. If you choose to return the items, you do so at your own risk.

Do not place orders as a form of payment or for unrelated products.

Only place orders for the exact item or service you actually intend to buy.

For example, if you want to buy a World of Warcraft account but the seller asks you to place an order for Path of Exile items instead, this may be a scam and should be reported immediately.

Do not share your GG Mobile Gamers account information with any seller.

This includes your login details or any sensitive information that could put your account at risk.

Do not complete transactions outside of GG Mobile Gamers.

Orders completed outside the platform are not protected by platform safeguards.

Do not take part in any in-game trade outside of your GG Mobile Gamers order.

In-game trading should only be used when it is part of completing your active order on the platform.

Do not respond to in-game advertisements sent through whispers or private messages.

Do not trust sellers who try to redirect you to other websites.

Do not click suspicious links or attachments.

They may lead to harmful websites or put your personal information and account security at risk.

Things You Should Do

Report inappropriate seller behaviour.

Take a screenshot or gather other proof, then contact support with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.

Buy accounts that include recovery access.

This helps ensure that you receive full ownership and control of the account.
