Using GG Mobile Gamers Store Credit

When you place an order and proceed to checkout, your GG Mobile Gamers Store Credit balance may be used toward your purchase.

If your Store Credit does not match or fully cover the total order amount, you can use the next available payment gateway to complete the remaining balance.

Click the avatar icon in the menu, then click “Balance.”

Can I change the currency of my GG Mobile Gamers Store Credit?

Yes, you can change the currency on the Balance page.

Can I withdraw my GG Mobile Gamers Store Credit?

Store Credit received from an order refund may be returned to your original payment method by contacting support, where applicable.

Please note the following:

This is only possible if the Store Credit has not been used.

Partial withdrawals are not currently supported.

Store Credit received from redeemed points, promotional balances, or certain converted balances may not be withdrawable.
