Why Is My Account Suspended or Restricted?

An account may be suspended or restricted for a number of reasons, including but not limited to the following:

Engaging in private deals or completing transactions outside of GG Mobile Gamers

Suspicious activity or involvement in fraudulent behavior

Unusual or irregular account activity

Violation of the Terms of Service

Submitting false claims, such as filing a chargeback after an order has already been received

Requesting payment or transaction completion before delivering the order

Creating multiple accounts

Abusing or exploiting the GG Mobile Gamers platform or system

Harassment, spamming, abusive language, or any other inappropriate behavior

If you believe your account was suspended or restricted by mistake, please contact our customer support team to submit an appeal.
