How to Sign Up for a GG Mobile Gamers Account

Visit the GG Mobile Gamers website.

Click the “Sign Up” button in the top menu.

You can create an account using any of the following methods:

Connect with Facebook, Google, Twitter, or PayPal

Or sign up using your mobile phone number

Troubleshooting Sign-Up Issues

Mobile Number Requirement

Only mobile phone numbers can be used for registration. Landline numbers and VOIP numbers, such as virtual numbers, may not receive OTP verification codes.

No OTP Received or “Limit Exceeded” Error

If you are using a valid mobile number but still do not receive the SMS OTP, or you see a “Limit exceeded” message:

Please contact GG Mobile Gamers Support.

Provide your full phone number, including the international dialing code, so the issue can be checked.

“Try Again Later” Message

If you have requested the OTP too many times, you may receive a “Try again later” message.

Please wait 24 hours before trying again.

If the issue continues, contact support and provide your full phone number with the international dialing code.

Phone Number Already Registered

If your phone number is already linked to an account:

Use the login page and click “Forgot Password.”

A password reset email will be sent to the email address connected to your account.

If you no longer have access to the registered email, please contact support for further assistance and verification.

Phone Number Blacklisted

If you receive a “Phone number blacklisted” message:

That number cannot be used to register or update your account.

You will need to use a different mobile number.

Please note that this restriction may be system-based, and in some cases support may not be able to remove it.

Phone Number Blacklisting Notice

Some users may see a blacklisting notice during registration or when updating their phone number.

If your number is blacklisted, you will need to register or update your account using a different mobile number.

Due to system restrictions, blacklisted numbers may not be removable.
