To update your phone number on GG Mobile Gamers:

Go to Account Settings and click on “Privacy & Security.”

Click “Edit” next to your current phone number.

Verify your identity using your password or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Enter your new mobile phone number.

Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your new number to complete the update.

Important Notes

Loss of Account Balance

In some cases, changing your phone number may cause certain account-related balances, vouchers, or seller features to be reset or affected.

If you are a seller, some store listings or account-related settings may also be impacted.

Supported Phone Numbers Only

GG Mobile Gamers only accepts mobile numbers from valid mobile carriers.

Landlines, VoIP numbers, and virtual numbers are not supported.

Blacklisted Numbers

If your new number is blacklisted, you will need to use a different number.

Blacklist restrictions may not be removable.

Changing your phone number may affect parts of your account, so please make sure to review any important balances, vouchers, or seller information before making the change.
