Note: This is a general guideline. Each game may have its own delivery proof requirements. Sellers must follow any game-specific instructions where applicable.

Required Delivery Proof

Sellers must keep a recording of the full transaction for every order.

The delivery proof submitted on the Sold Order page must include a screenshot showing:

The submitted player ID

The amount delivered

Proof that the delivered amount matches the quantity ordered

If the required information cannot be clearly shown in a single screenshot, the seller must provide a video recording instead.

Additional Information

Delivery proof must be uploaded immediately through the Sold Order page after the order has been completed.

Delivery proof sent by email will not be accepted.

If delivery proof is not uploaded within the required time, it will be treated as not submitted, and any dispute decision may be made based on the available information.

Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, mp4, 3gp, mov, wmv, avi, flv

File size limit: 100MB per file

Upload limit: 150 files per order

For higher-value orders or where requested, GG Mobile Gamers may require video proof in addition to screenshots.

All screenshots used as proof must clearly validate the transaction details.

If any screenshot or video is not in English, a short explanation or translation must be provided.

GG Mobile Gamers reserves the right to cancel the order or take appropriate action if the seller submits incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or falsified delivery proof.
