GamerProtect for Buyers
GG Mobile Gamers Protect helps protect buyers when eligible issues are reported through the platform.
1. GG Mobile Gamers Protect may cover a buyer’s purchase when:
* The buyer did not receive the order.
* The item or service received does not match the product description.
2. GG Mobile Gamers Protect does not cover the following:
* Orders that have already been verified and confirmed as received by the buyer.
* Buyer’s remorse. For example, the buyer no longer wants the order for personal reasons after the seller has already delivered it.
* Purchasing the wrong product for personal reasons. For example, the listing clearly explains the product type or requirements, but the buyer did not read the description carefully before purchasing.
* Transactions made outside GG Mobile Gamers.
* Any amendment, restriction, warning, penalty, or action taken by a game developer or publisher after a successful delivery has been completed.
* After-sales issues that arise after the buyer has already closed the after-sales process or confirmed that the issue was resolved.
3. GG Mobile Gamers Protect does not cover fraudulent claims.
GG Mobile Gamers reserves the right to permanently suspend any buyer account found to be submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent claims. Further action may also be taken where necessary.
4. Buyers should only confirm receipt of an order after checking that:
* The item or service matches the product listing
* The order is in proper working condition
* Everything promised in the listing has been delivered correctly
Confirming receipt of an order means the buyer is satisfied with the purchase and agrees to release the payment to the seller.
5. A buyer may be considered to have accepted the purchased goods or services if no claim, complaint, or issue is raised within 72 hours after delivery.
Because of the nature of virtual goods and game services, refunds may not be available after payment has already been released to the seller.
6. All sale agreements are made directly between the buyer and the seller.
GG Mobile Gamers acts as the platform used to facilitate listings, communication, and transactions. GG Mobile Gamers does not act as the direct seller of listed goods or services and does not provide product warranties or guaranteed after-sales service.
However, GG Mobile Gamers may, at its discretion, assist with dispute handling where necessary.
7. In the event of a trade dispute, buyers must respond within 72 hours if asked to provide additional information or evidence.
If the buyer does not respond within the required time, the issue may be treated as resolved and the dispute may be closed accordingly.
8. GG Mobile Gamers Protect does not cover bank payment disputes, external payment disputes, or chargebacks handled directly by payment providers or financial institutions.
If this happens, platform investigation may be limited while the payment partner or bank reviews the case. During this period, no refund or related request may be accepted until a final decision has been made by the payment provider or financial institution.
Where appropriate, GG Mobile Gamers may request supporting documents or complaint materials to assist with the defense process, but this is not guaranteed.
9. GG Mobile Gamers Protect is not a product warranty.
GG Mobile Gamers serves as an intermediary platform for listing, communication, coordination, and transaction handling. The platform is not responsible for account losses, bans, warnings, currency recalls, restrictions, or other penalties imposed by a game’s official developer or publisher after delivery.
These risks are understood to be part of virtual trading and remain the responsibility of the parties involved in the transaction.
