What is GamerProtect and How Does It Work?
GG Mobile Gamers Protect provides protection against chargebacks, fraud, and delivery-related disputes from buyers, provided that sellers fully comply with the platform’s Terms of Service and delivery requirements.
It is important to understand the difference between Chargeback Protection and a Product Dispute, as these are separate processes with different requirements.
Chargeback Protection
Chargeback Protection applies when a buyer files an unauthorized payment dispute directly with their bank or payment provider.
If the seller qualifies, GG Mobile Gamers Protect may protect the seller from chargeback liability, as long as all required conditions have been met.
To remain eligible, sellers must fully comply with all platform rules, order handling requirements, and delivery proof obligations.
GG Mobile Gamers Protect will not cover sellers in cases involving:
Products or services that are not as described
Non-delivery of an order
Intentional fraud or scams
If a seller is found to have engaged in intentional fraud or scam activity, the seller account may be permanently suspended. GG Mobile Gamers also reserves the right to recover any payments already released and to take further action where necessary.
Product Dispute
A Product Dispute applies when a buyer submits a complaint directly through the GG Mobile Gamers platform regarding an issue with the product or service received.
In such cases, sellers must:
Comply with the GG Mobile Gamers Terms of Service
Deliver the product or service exactly as described in the listing
Upload valid delivery proof within the required timeframe
Ensure that the submitted proof meets the platform’s delivery proof requirements
If valid proof of delivery is not submitted within the required timeframe, GG Mobile Gamers will treat the order as having no valid proof submitted, and any dispute decision may be made accordingly.
GG Mobile Gamers Protect will not cover sellers who have a high number of complaints or disputes. In such cases, GG Mobile Gamers reserves the right to take action, including refunding the order, withholding payment, or suspending selling privileges.
Submitting Proof of Delivery
When a buyer clicks “Order Complete,” this does not automatically release the funds to the seller.
Sellers must upload valid delivery proof immediately after completing the order. All delivery proof must be uploaded directly through the Sold Order page on GG Mobile Gamers. Proof sent by email will not be accepted.
If no valid delivery proof is uploaded within the required timeframe, GG Mobile Gamers will assume that the seller did not provide valid proof, and any dispute decision may be made based on the available information.
File Requirements
Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, mp4, 3gp, mov, wmv, avi, flv
Maximum file size: 100 MB per file
Maximum upload limit: 150 files per order
For orders over USD 500.00, sellers are required to keep a copy of video proof. Certain games may also require video proof regardless of the transaction amount, based on the applicable delivery proof guidelines.
For account services, delivery proof should include screenshots of the account information provided to the buyer, such as the login email and password submitted through the platform.
For games that support email notifications, sellers should also keep screenshots of any notifications showing account-related changes, such as login IP or device changes.
For other game services, screenshots or video proof must clearly show the buyer’s character ID and the quantity before and after delivery.
Any screenshots needed to confirm that the transaction was completed must also be included as part of the proof.
GG Mobile Gamers reserves the right to cancel the order or take action if a seller is found to have submitted incorrect, misleading, incomplete, or falsified delivery proof.
