Coverage provided to sellers under GG Mobile Gamers Protect

1. Chargeback liability

This applies when a buyer attempts to file an unauthorized payment refund or chargeback through their bank or payment provider. If the seller is eligible and has submitted full delivery proof in line with platform requirements, protection may be applied.

2. Compliance with platform rules

To qualify for protection, your account and product listings must remain fully compliant with the GG Mobile Gamers Terms of Service, delivery rules, and listing requirements.

What is not covered under GG Mobile Gamers Protect

1. Products or services not as described

Protection does not apply if the delivered product or service does not match the listing description.

2. Non-delivery of an order

Protection does not apply if the seller fails to deliver the order.

3. Intentional fraud or scams

If a seller is found to have engaged in intentional fraud or scam activity, the seller account may be permanently suspended. GG Mobile Gamers also reserves the right to recover any payments already released and take further action where necessary.

4. Buyer disputes that are decided against the seller

If a buyer disputes an order and the dispute is successful, the financial institution or payment provider may reverse the original transaction and refund the buyer. Depending on the reason for the outcome, especially where the seller is found to be at fault, GG Mobile Gamers may recover the affected amount from the seller and apply any related dispute charges where applicable.

Examples may include, but are not limited to:

Failure to provide valid transaction evidence on time

Poor handling of a dispute

Agreeing to a direct refund outside the normal dispute resolution process

Proof of delivery requirements

1. All delivery proof must be uploaded immediately after delivery is completed.

2. For higher-value orders involving game coins, game accounts, top-ups, subscriptions, gift cards, or similar products, sellers must keep video proof in addition to standard screenshots.

3. For account services, proof should include screenshots of the account information submitted to the buyer, such as the login email and password.

4. For games that support email notifications, sellers should also keep screenshots of those notifications showing account-related changes, such as login IP or device changes.

5. Any screenshots needed to confirm that the transaction was successfully completed must also be included as part of the proof.

6. For other game services, screenshots or video proof must clearly show the buyer’s character ID and the quantity before and after delivery.

GG Mobile Gamers actively monitors marketplace activity, but users also play an important role in helping keep the platform safe.

If you notice any suspicious behavior, rule violations, abuse, exploits, misleading activity, or attempts to move deals outside the platform, please report it to GG Mobile Gamers for review.
