Should I Click “Confirm Received” Before I Receive the Item?
No. You should not click the “Confirm Received” button if:
You have not received your order
You cannot verify that the item is correct and in working condition
What if the item is defective or not delivered?
If the seller delivers a defective item or falsely marks the order as delivered, you should first contact the seller through the GG Mobile Gamers chat system to clarify the issue.
If the issue is still not resolved, you should open a dispute and submit all relevant evidence, including screenshots, chat records, or any other proof that supports your claim.
Please make sure to open the dispute before the order is confirmed, as this is important for the case to be reviewed properly.
Important: Clicking “Confirm Received” means you are confirming that the item was delivered correctly and that you are satisfied with the order. Do not click it unless you are sure.
