Seller Did Not Deliver Within the Promised Delivery Time. What Should I Do?

While most orders on GG Mobile Gamers are delivered on time, some orders may occasionally be delayed beyond the seller’s stated delivery window.

What You Can Do

If your order is delayed, we recommend contacting the seller directly to try to resolve the issue.

You can message the seller through the GG Mobile Gamers chat system to coordinate the completion of the transaction.

Please note that an order will not be automatically closed simply because of a delay. The seller may still complete delivery within the allowed timeframe.

We strongly recommend allowing the full seller delivery period to pass before taking further action.

If You No Longer Wish to Wait

If the seller does not deliver the order within the displayed delivery timeframe, you may request a refund after 24 hours.

Once the promised delivery time has passed and you no longer wish to continue waiting, you may submit a refund or cancellation request for the order.
