Should I Click “Confirm Received” Before I Receive the Item?
No. You should not click the “Confirm Received” button if:
You have not received your order
You cannot confirm that the item is correct and working properly
What If the Item Is Defective or Not Delivered?
If the seller delivered a defective item or marked the order as delivered when you have not actually received it:
Try contacting the seller through the GG Mobile Gamers chat system to clarify the issue
If the issue is still not resolved, you may escalate the case for further review
When escalating a case, make sure to include any screenshots or other proof that support your claim
Important: Clicking “Confirm Received” means you are confirming that the item was delivered correctly. Do not click it unless you are sure.
