To update your registered email address:

1. Log in to your GG Mobile Gamers account, click your profile icon in the top menu, then select Settings from the dropdown menu and go to the Privacy & Security tab.

2. Click the Edit button on the right side of the Email section and complete the identity verification process by entering your MFA code or account password.

3. After completing identity verification, enter your new email address, confirm it by entering it again, then click Continue.

4. Enter the OTP sent to your new email address, then click Continue.

5. Your email address will then be successfully updated.

Important Notes:

Email address changes are allowed only once per month.

If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled on your account, you will need to enter your MFA code during identity verification.

If MFA is not enabled, you will be required to enter your account password.

If you are unable to log in because you forgot your password, click “Trouble logging in?” on the login page, then enter the email address or mobile number linked to your GG Mobile Gamers account and follow the instructions to create a new password.
