Sell Order Tracking and Cancellation System

Important Notice

Delivery must only take place after you have confirmed that a new order has been received.

Regardless of any payment proof sent by the buyer, do not deliver unless the order has been confirmed.

If the buyer says payment has already been made, please advise them to contact GG Mobile Gamers Support for assistance.

Do not deliver if the order status is still “Unpaid” or “Verifying Payment.”

Sell Order Status

For Sellers

Do not trade or deliver

Unpaid

The order has been placed, but payment is still pending.

Verifying Payment

The payment is currently being processed and is still under verification.

Can proceed to trade or deliver

Preparing

Payment has been confirmed, and the order is waiting for the seller to begin.

Delivering

The order is currently being delivered.

Other Order Status

Completed

The order has been successfully completed.

Cancelled

The order has been cancelled, and no further action is required.

Resolution

The order is under review due to a dispute or issue.

Order Flow and Cancellation Rules

New Order / Paid | Preparing

When a new order is placed, the status may appear as “New Order” or “Paid | Preparing.” This means the seller has not yet viewed the delivery details.

If the buyer requests cancellation at this stage, the order may be cancelled immediately.

View Delivery Details

When the seller clicks “View Now” or “View Delivery Details,” the general delivery information will be shown, excluding the Character ID.

If the buyer requests cancellation at this stage, the seller will have 6 hours to respond.

The seller may accept or reject the cancellation request.

To reject the request, a valid written reason or image proof must be provided.

Start Deliver / Start Trading

When the seller clicks “Start Deliver” or “Start Trading,” the order status will change to “Delivering.”

The Character ID will then become visible, and the seller must either enter the delivered quantity or submit the required account information.

If the buyer requests cancellation at this stage, the seller will have 48 hours to respond.

To reject the request, the seller must provide a valid written reason or image proof.

In urgent situations, GG Mobile Gamers may manually override the system and cancel an order if necessary.

After Seller Confirms Delivery

Once the seller confirms delivery, the buyer will no longer be able to request cancellation through the normal process.

However, the buyer may still escalate the issue if no agreement is reached.

Sellers must upload all delivery proof.

Order Completed

After the buyer confirms receipt of all items, the order status will be updated to “Completed.”

If a partial refund is issued after the seller accepts cancellation for a partially delivered order, the status may still appear as “Completed.”

For game account orders, seller credit will only be confirmed and released 14 days after the order has been marked as completed.

Gift Card Orders

Gift card delivery is instant.

If payment fails, the system will automatically cancel the order.

Issue Escalation and Delivery Proof

All communication between the buyer and seller must take place through the GG Mobile Gamers chat system.

If no agreement is reached within 48 hours, the buyer may escalate the issue using the “Escalate” button.

Only the buyer can escalate the issue through the system.

The seller must upload all relevant delivery proof to the sell order.

Once the issue is escalated, the sell order page will show the updated status, and GG Mobile Gamers will begin the investigation.

Order Cancellation Requests

When a buyer requests order cancellation, the seller will be notified by email and through the GG Mobile Gamers notification system.

The seller will be given a specific amount of time to respond to the cancellation request.

Please refer to the Sell Order Status section above for the applicable response time.

If the seller does not respond within the required time, the system may automatically cancel the order.

If the cancellation request is rejected by the seller or withdrawn by the buyer, the buyer must wait 1 hour before submitting another cancellation request.
