Respond quickly to chargeback-related email notifications and submit sufficient proof of delivery
Maintain a monthly chargeback rate of no more than 0.5%

Their chargeback rate is 0.5% or lower
Adequate proof of delivery is submitted on time
Not Eligible
If a seller does not meet the required criteria:
The disputed amount may be held until the payment provider reaches a final decision
If the seller wins the dispute, the funds will be released
If the buyer wins the dispute, the amount may be deducted
