If you have already delivered the order but the buyer has not yet confirmed delivery, you may contact the buyer through GG Mobile Gamers chat and politely ask them to confirm the delivery.

If the buyer does not respond or confirm delivery within 3 days after the order is marked as delivered, the system may automatically mark the order as completed.

For game account orders, seller credit will only be confirmed and released 14 days after the order has been completed.
