Game Account Service Rules and Description
Account Listing and Delivery Rules
Sellers may only create one offer for each game account type with a similar title, description, and price. If more stock is available, it must be added by server, platform, or another valid variation instead of creating duplicate offers.
All listings must always be placed in the correct category.
Example: A League of Legends Gold-ranked account must be listed under the Gold category.
Fake listings are strictly prohibited.
Example: Listings with unrealistic prices that are excessively high or low.
All communication must take place through the GG Mobile Gamers chat system. Personal contact information such as Discord, Skype, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp must not be shared.
Sellers must not copy content, titles, or product descriptions from other sellers without permission.
All listed accounts must come from a legitimate source.
Sellers must have full original access and complete recovery information for the account. If a dispute cannot be resolved because the seller does not have proper access, the seller will be held fully responsible.
When delivering an account, the seller must fully transfer ownership to the buyer. This includes updating the registration and login details to the buyer’s information and providing the original registration details so the buyer can contact the game developer directly if future support is needed.
If the game account is linked to any phone number or social media account, the seller must remove and unbind all personal information before delivery. The account must be transferred in a fully unlinked state, and the email address linked to the account must be changeable to the buyer’s own details.
Sellers with a high number of complaints or disputes may be flagged as high risk and may not be covered by platform protection policies. GG Mobile Gamers reserves the right to take action, including issuing a refund, withholding payment, or suspending selling privileges.
Sellers who resolve issues within 72 hours before escalation may avoid penalties or account profiling.
Sellers who wish to appeal a decision should prepare a full report of the complaints received and submit it to GG Mobile Gamers for review.
The minimum protection or insurance period is 14 days.
It is not allowed to list accounts that are restricted to offline mode due to penalties, including accounts banned from online play because of cheating or other violations.

Game-Specific Requirements
League of Legends (LOL)
Provide the buyer with full account access, including the login username, password, email account, and Riot ID.
The Riot ID may be added in the Additional Note section during delivery.
Make sure the Riot ID cannot be changed again before delivery.
Take a screenshot or video of the Account Management section and save it as proof before delivery.
PUBG Mobile (PUBGM)
Provide full details of the linked account associated with the game account.
Only one social login, such as Twitter, Google Play, or Apple ID, is allowed. All other linked accounts, even if disabled, must be removed.
The linked account must be active and usable. Accounts connected to banned or suspended services are not allowed.
Provide proof, such as screenshots, showing that third-party access is restricted.
Make sure the required 7-day waiting period has passed before listing the account.
Call of Duty (COD)
Sellers must keep only the Blizzard login active and unlink all other login methods such as PSN, Xbox, Steam, or others to prevent unauthorized access.
If the Activision account is linked to your Blizzard account, unlink it and relink it to the buyer’s Blizzard account.
Blizzard accounts may only be unlinked once every 12 months. Upload a screenshot showing this restriction to the order page.
If relinking is not possible because of this restriction, provide the details of the previous Blizzard account and clearly mention this in the product description.
Fully transfer the Activision account to the buyer and upload proof of the transfer. The buyer should also be advised to enable 2FA for additional account security.
Genshin Impact (GI)
Provide full account access, including the email, username, and user ID. You may also ask the buyer for the buyer’s preferred username through GG Mobile Gamers chat.
The user ID may be included in the Additional Note section on the delivery page.

Save all of these as proof before delivery.
Clash of Clans (COC)
On the delivery page, include the login and email details, and add the following in the Additional Note section:
Village Name
Village Tag
Village Clan Name
This also applies to other Supercell games such as Hay Day, Boom Beach, Clash Royale, and Brawl Stars.
Include the Character Name, Tag, and Clan Name in the Additional Note section where applicable.
Free Fire
Sellers must not list Free Fire accounts that are bound to any other login option.
Facebook-linked Free Fire accounts are not supported and must not be listed on GG Mobile Gamers.
Before delivery, sellers must check the account history logs and provide proof showing the account status.
Sellers must also provide a screen recording or screenshots showing that they logged out of the Free Fire account before handing it over to the buyer.
The account must be transferred in a clean and secure state, with no remaining seller access after delivery.
