Sellers must deliver items exactly as described in the listing.

Delivery Compliance

All deliveries must be completed within the delivery time stated in the listing.

The delivery method used must match the method described in the product listing.

Listing Integrity

Sellers are strictly prohibited from creating false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.

All listings must be placed under the correct category and service type.

Communication Rules

All communication between sellers and buyers must take place only through the GG Mobile Gamers chat system.

Sellers must not promote, suggest, or engage in offsite or personal deals through the platform.

Professional Conduct

Sellers must remain polite and respectful in all communication with buyers.

Harassment of any kind, including threats or abusive language, is strictly prohibited.

Buyers are encouraged to report any violations to GG Mobile Gamers support immediately.

Marketplace Standards

Sellers are expected to help maintain a safe, fair, and trustworthy marketplace.

Any form of dishonest behaviour or malicious competition is strictly prohibited.

Listings that break these rules may be removed, and GG Mobile Gamers reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove selling privileges.

Prohibited Seller Actions

Listing Practices

Duplicate listings with identical or very similar titles are not allowed.

Copying another seller’s title or description is strictly prohibited.

Product Restrictions

Unauthorized service products such as top-ups, accounts, or currency must not be listed under the item category.

Listings related to private server items are not allowed.

Pricing Manipulation

Sellers must not manipulate pricing to gain unfair visibility or mislead buyers.

Creating listings with artificially low prices combined with high minimum purchase requirements is strictly prohibited.

Delivery Methods

Using a buyer’s login details to complete item delivery is not allowed under any circumstances.

Contact Information

Listings must not include any seller contact details.

Sellers must not share personal contact information with buyers through GG Mobile Gamers chat.

Unauthorized Products

Products or services obtained through unauthorized or illegal methods, including cheats, bots, or exploits, are strictly prohibited.

Additional Rules

Sellers are not allowed to sell individual currency items.

Only currency bundles may be listed for sale.

Twitch Drops

Listings for Twitch Drops must have the purchase quantity set to one.

Enforcement

GG Mobile Gamers actively monitors seller activity and strictly enforces these rules.

Violations may result in penalties including, but not limited to:

Listing removal

Temporary or permanent account suspension

Temporary withholding of available account balance for review and dispute protection purposes

Possible deductions from available balance to cover refunds, compensation, fines, losses, or other liabilities caused by the seller’s actions

Permanent removal from the platform
