Delivery Compliance

Sellers must complete orders within the stated delivery time and by using the delivery method selected by the buyer. If a seller fails to meet these requirements, they will be fully responsible for any resulting trade disputes, and GG Mobile Gamers may take appropriate action, including issuing a refund where necessary. Sellers should log in regularly so their online status is updated, which can help improve their chances of receiving orders.

Proof of Delivery

Sellers must provide screenshot or video proof of the trading process, including both before and after delivery. The quantity and product shown in the proof must match the order details. Proof should be uploaded to the order details page after delivery is completed.

Order Cancellations

Sellers are not allowed to request order cancellations. If an order is cancelled due to the seller’s fault, the seller may be required to compensate the buyer. Sellers must ensure that stock levels remain accurate at all times and that the listed items are available before publishing them for sale.

Communication

All communication must take place through the GG Mobile Gamers chat system. Sellers should avoid using in-game chat for order-related communication.

Offsite Trading

Sellers must not offer or accept offsite trades or personal deals outside of GG Mobile Gamers. Any seller found violating this rule may face permanent account suspension.

Respectful Communication

Sellers must treat buyers with respect at all times. Harassment, threats, abusive language, or any inappropriate behaviour are strictly prohibited. Any such violations should be reported immediately.

Fraud Prevention

Sellers must not create multiple accounts or purchase from their own listings. Violations may result in penalties, account restrictions, or permanent suspension.

Liability in Trade Disputes

Sellers are responsible for disputes caused by delivery delays, incorrect items, or failure to provide proper proof of delivery.

Account Login Trading

Trading through direct login to a buyer’s account is not allowed, except where specifically permitted for manual top-up products.

Handling Fees for Refunds

Sellers may be held responsible for handling fees if a buyer requests a refund due to an issue caused by the seller.

Sensitive Information

Sellers should never share activation codes, passwords, or other sensitive details through chat. Any required information should only be submitted through the secure system provided by GG Mobile Gamers.

Restricted Game Accounts

Sellers are not allowed to sell game accounts that are restricted to offline mode due to bans, penalties, or any other account issues.

Accurate Product Descriptions

Sellers must provide accurate, honest, and up-to-date product descriptions. Supplier information or irrelevant third-party details should not be included in listings.

VPN and External Software Policy for Gift Cards

Sellers are strictly prohibited from instructing buyers to download or use external software, applications, or tools. In addition, if a product is listed as Global, sellers must not ask buyers to use a VPN in order to redeem it.

Offsite Trading Policy

GG Mobile Gamers is committed to keeping all transactions secure within the platform. Trades conducted outside the platform are not protected or supported by GG Mobile Gamers, and no liability will be accepted for such transactions.

Any seller found directing buyers offsite for trades may have their account suspended. Buyers and sellers should report any suspicious offsite trade attempts immediately.

Seller Penalties for Offsite Trading

Permanent suspension of the GG Mobile Gamers account

Temporary withholding or restriction of available balance for a set review period where required

Possible deduction of funds to cover losses, refunds, compensation, fines, or other liabilities connected to the seller’s actions

Removal or restriction of account access, funds, or related account features where applicable

Buyer Protection

Avoid Offsite Trades

Buyers should never agree to offsite trades, as this increases the risk of fraud or scams.

No Support for Offsite Trades

GG Mobile Gamers does not provide support or protection for transactions completed outside the platform.

Report Offsite Trade Requests

Any request to continue a transaction outside GG Mobile Gamers should be reported immediately.
