Seller Guidelines: Best Practices and Prohibited Actions
This guide explains the expectations for sellers on GG Mobile Gamers. Following these guidelines helps ensure smoother transactions, builds trust with buyers, and reduces the risk of account penalties or suspension.
What Sellers Should Do
Delivery and Evidence
Deliver on time: Complete all deliveries within the timeframe selected by the buyer. Only set delivery times you can consistently meet.
Upload transaction evidence: Provide screenshots taken before and after the transaction, or video proof, showing that the quantity and item match the order. Upload all evidence to the order details page after delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory: Always make sure your inventory is updated and available before creating listings.
Communication and Conduct
Use GG Mobile Gamers chat only: Communicate with buyers only through the GG Mobile Gamers chat system. In-game communication is not allowed.
Be polite and professional: Use respectful language and avoid inappropriate content in all messages.
Report suspicious activity: If a buyer attempts to move the transaction outside the platform, report it to GG Mobile Gamers immediately.
Account Management and Compliance
Use only one account: Maintain a single GG Mobile Gamers account and do not purchase from your own listings.
Follow platform rules: Review all product-specific rules and evidence requirements before listing or trading.
Follow refund policies: If a refund is required because of seller fault, you may be responsible for any related processing fees.
Handle disputes responsibly: If a dispute happens due to a seller error, the seller will be responsible for any related costs or losses.
Cooperate during disputes: Respond promptly and fully to any requests made during dispute resolution.
Product and Listing Standards
Use secure systems for sensitive information: If sensitive details need to be shared, use the secure system provided by GG Mobile Gamers. Never send passwords or activation codes through chat.
Write accurate descriptions: Product descriptions must be truthful, specific, and reflect the actual condition of the item. Do not include supplier details.
Sell only legal products and services: Make sure all goods and services are legally obtained and comply with local laws and regulations.
Avoid legal risk: Do not list products that may create legal issues for yourself, buyers, or the platform.
Respect intellectual property rights: Do not use unauthorized images, names, logos, or other protected content in your listings.
Follow buyer protection requirements: Understand and follow the applicable warranty or protection terms to remain eligible for coverage.
List each product only once: Duplicate listings for the same item are not allowed.
List in the correct category: If no suitable category is available, contact support before listing.
Keep transactions on-platform: Complete all orders within GG Mobile Gamers to remain eligible for platform protection.
Stay active: Keep your seller account online as much as possible to improve your visibility to buyers.
What Sellers Must Not Do
Delivery and Order Handling
Miss delivery deadlines: Failing to deliver on time may make the seller fully responsible for the failed order.
Request order cancellations: Sellers must not ask buyers to cancel orders. If a cancellation happens because of seller fault, compensation may be required.
Start trades before confirmation: Do not begin any trade until the order is confirmed and ready to be processed.
Communication and Platform Integrity
Offer offsite deals: Any attempt to offer or accept off-platform or personal transactions is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Communicate in-game: All order-related communication must stay within the GG Mobile Gamers chat system. In-game messaging is not allowed.
Post offensive content: Harassment, threats, or inappropriate content are not allowed under any circumstances.
Threaten staff or users: Any threat directed toward GG Mobile Gamers staff or users may result in permanent account termination.
Account Misuse
Create multiple accounts: Operating more than one GG Mobile Gamers account is not allowed.
Buy from your own listings: This is considered fraudulent activity and may lead to suspension.
Product Violations
Use the buyer’s account without permission: Logging into a buyer’s account is strictly prohibited unless it is specifically allowed for approved manual top-up services.
Sell restricted accounts: Game accounts that are limited to offline mode due to cheating, bans, or penalties are not allowed.
Hide product issues: Do not leave out known defects or problems. Product descriptions must be complete and honest.
List illegal items: Products or services that violate local laws, such as illegal drugs, weapons, or adult content, are strictly prohibited.
Sell illegally obtained items: Do not list or sell items obtained through fraud, hacking, scams, or any illegal method.
Violate intellectual property rights: Unauthorized use of brand assets or infringement of copyright or trademark rights is not permitted.
Platform Abuse
Repeat violations: Repeated rule violations may result in permanent suspension.
Account balance withholding: To reduce the risk of disputes, complaints, or liabilities, GG Mobile Gamers may temporarily freeze available funds in a seller account for a review period. During that period, funds may be used where necessary to cover refunds, compensation, fines, losses, or other liabilities related to the seller’s actions or transactions.
Engage in malicious competition: Any attempt to mislead, damage, or sabotage competitors is prohibited.
Manipulate listings: Using misleading keywords, irrelevant tags, or deceptive methods to influence search results is not allowed.
Use external links: Store names and listing images must not contain website addresses or links outside the platform.
List under the wrong category: Listings placed in the wrong category may be removed and may also result in account penalties.
Start selling without understanding the rules: Do not list products unless you fully understand the product rules and evidence requirements.
Fail to cooperate in disputes: Incomplete, delayed, or passive responses during dispute handling may affect your seller privileges.
