Please note: in the event of a trade dispute, the seller must promptly provide the following proof for review by GG Mobile Gamers.

Required Proof

Gift Card Code Screenshot

A screenshot showing the Gift Card code from the Sold Order details page.

Redemption Attempt Screenshot

A screenshot showing the Gift Card code being entered on the correct redemption page or platform, clearly displaying the error message if the code is invalid or has already been used.

Publisher Support Logs

A screenshot of the official support response from the publisher showing the date, time, and location where the card was used, where available.

Additional Information

File Submission Guidelines

During a trade dispute, all required proof must be uploaded through the Sold Order page. Both image and video files are supported.

Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, mp4, 3gp, mov, wmv, avi, flv

Maximum file size: 100MB per file

Maximum uploads: 150 files per order

Non-English Content

If any screenshot or video is not in English, please include a short explanation or translation of the content.

Fraudulent Submissions

GG Mobile Gamers reserves the right to cancel the order if any submitted proof is found to be incorrect, misleading, or falsified.
