Please note: this is a general guideline. Some games may have their own specific proof of delivery requirements.

Delivery Methods and Required Proof

Face-to-Face Trade

Mailbox Delivery

Guild Bank Delivery

If the item does not display the seller’s character name, confirm the item details with the buyer to make sure only one listing matches

Other Delivery Methods

Delivery proof should clearly show:

Recipient name

Delivery amount

Trade completed notification

System message confirming completion

Server name

Additional Submission Guidelines

Upload delivery proof promptly on the Sold Order page.

If proof is not uploaded on time or cannot be found on the order page, it may be treated as if no proof was submitted.

Supported file formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, mp4, 3gp, mov, wmv, avi, flv

Maximum file size: 100MB per file

Maximum uploads: 150 files per order

For orders above USD 500, video proof must be kept.

Some games may require video proof regardless of the order amount, depending on the game’s specific rules.

All screenshots confirming that the transaction was completed must be included.

If the screenshot or video is not in English, please include a short explanation or translation.

GG Mobile Gamers may cancel the order if false, misleading, or invalid delivery proof is submitted.
