Steam: Skin Delivery Proof Requirement

To ensure a secure and verifiable Steam skin transaction, sellers must follow the steps below. Failure to provide sufficient delivery proof may result in GG Mobile Gamers ruling in the buyer’s favour during a dispute.

Required Steps and Delivery Proof

Sellers must confirm the buyer’s Steam profile link, also known as the Steam 64 ID, before completing any trade. Sellers must also submit two screenshots as proof of delivery, one taken before the trade and one taken after the trade. A video recording may also be used as an alternative if it clearly shows all required steps.

Step-by-Step Requirements

Show the Trade Offer Link

Open and display the trade offer link provided by the buyer in a browser window.

Confirm the Steam Profile

Click the Steam profile link and ask the buyer to confirm that it belongs to them.

The link must lead to the buyer’s actual Steam profile.

Make the Trade Offer

Only send the trade offer after the buyer has confirmed that the Steam profile is correct.

Match Trade History with the Confirmed Profile

The Steam profile link shown in the trade history must exactly match the profile link that was previously confirmed by the buyer.

Important Notes

Both the before screenshot, taken prior to the trade, and the after screenshot, taken after the trade and showing the trade history, are required.

If either screenshot is missing, GG Mobile Gamers reserves the right to rule in the buyer’s favour in the event of a dispute.

Video proof is also accepted as an alternative, as long as it clearly shows all required steps.
