How to Resolve Payment Disputes and Make Repayments for Chargeback Orders
This guide explains how to resolve payment disputes or chargebacks based on the payment method used.
Important Note
Resolving a dispute or making a repayment does not guarantee that all account restrictions will be removed immediately. Additional review may still be required before full account access is restored.
Credit Card Chargebacks
If you opened a chargeback through your credit card provider:
Contact your card issuer and explain that the chargeback was made in error or was due to a misunderstanding.
Ask them to close or withdraw the chargeback case.
Once this has been done, send the confirmation email from your card issuer, including both your request and their response, to GG Mobile Gamers support at [trade@ggmobilegamers.com](mailto:trade@ggmobilegamers.com).
After verification with the payment processor, any account restrictions may be reviewed and removed where applicable.
Other Payment Methods
If you used a payment method other than credit card:
Please contact GG Mobile Gamers support for repayment instructions.
Make sure to provide the exact reversed amount owed.
Once the repayment is received, your account will be updated accordingly.
If any extra amount is paid, it may be credited to your GG Mobile Gamers balance where applicable.
