The GG Mobile Gamers rating system helps build trust and transparency for all users. Ratings become final once submitted, and GG Mobile Gamers Support does not manually change, remove, or edit ratings.

Guidelines for Sellers and Buyers

For Sellers

Provide excellent service to avoid low ratings. Communicate clearly with buyers and deliver orders on time. The best way to receive positive feedback is to provide reliable, high-quality service.

For Buyers

Please consider your rating carefully before submitting it. Your feedback affects the seller’s reputation.

How to Submit Ratings

You can submit a rating after the order status is marked as Completed.

Auto Rating

If no rating is submitted within 3 days, the system may automatically apply a positive rating.

Resolving Rating Disagreements

If a user feels that a rating does not accurately reflect the transaction, we recommend using the GG Mobile Gamers chat system to contact the other party politely.

Explain your concerns clearly and try to reach a mutual understanding.

Please note that GG Mobile Gamers Support cannot step in to change ratings or edit them manually.
